Trust Built Personally — Then Expanded into an Agency
The Intelligent Audit relationship didn’t begin with a pitch deck or an RFP. It began with a personal connection—trust built one-on-one, long before an agency brand existed behind it.
Before TRA: The Independent Era (Late 2020 – Early 2021)
In late 2020, A skilled strategic team was working independently in the logistics space. Hannah Testani—who had just been named CEO of Intelligent Audit in March 2020—connected with the team and began sharing content needs, competitive intelligence, and marketing strategy. The team produced IA’s first blog posts, drafted the press release announcing Hannah’s appointment as CEO, and collaborated with IA’s team on thought leadership content. Amanda Polk, who would later become TRA’s Creative Director, was also working independently on IA design projects—building sales collateral and executive overviews that Richard Perry, VP of Strategic Accounts, called “beautiful.” This wasn’t agency work. It was dedicated professionals earning trust through quality, consistency, and deep understanding of IA’s market.
The Transition: Side Client to Founding Client (April 2021)
When Adam launched The Robinson Agency in April 2021, Intelligent Audit was a natural founding client. The trust was already there. Hannah didn’t need a capabilities presentation—she’d seen the work firsthand. Within the first week of TRA’s existence, the IA engagement was already running at full speed. The personal relationship became the professional foundation, and the scope expanded rapidly: from freelance blog writing to a comprehensive content marketing, SEO, website redesign, and messaging strategy program.
The Full Partnership (2021 – 2025)
The Robinson Agency embedded with Intelligent Audit’s marketing, product, and leadership teams—working directly with CEO Hannah Testani, Marketing Manager Caitlin Stuermer, Chief of Staff Adriano Viterbo, and VP of Strategic Accounts Richard Perry—to deliver a comprehensive content marketing, SEO, and web development program. TRA managed the full content pipeline with the rigor of an in-house team — weekly calls, shared production boards, real-time collaboration, and a custom analytics dashboard tracking every metric that mattered.
From the very first blog post written during the initial consulting phase to the final website launch, the mission was always the same: build messaging that transforms how the market perceives Intelligent Audit—positioning IA as the category authority in freight audit and payment, not just another vendor. Through audience-first messaging grounded in how enterprise shippers actually think and speak, TRA provided the strategic foundation that makes content, SEO, and paid media all work harder. Messaging became the air cover: by the time sales reached out, prospects already knew and trusted the brand.
“Hannah loves the design! That means she also loves Amanda! … We love the work you guys do, even when we don’t act like it sometimes. You guys help set our success, and I appreciate it!”
Richard Perry — VP of Strategic Accounts, Intelligent Audit

Content Marketing

Industry-leading thought leadership at scale

Dozens of SEO-optimized blog posts covering freight audit, parcel audit, carrier rate changes, business intelligence, logistics network optimization, and industry news. Every piece was strategically interlinked and optimized for target keywords.

SEO Strategy

From keyword research to page-one dominance

A methodical, data-driven SEO program: keyphrase research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and continuous refinement. Every new piece of content strengthened the whole — strategically interlinked to build compounding authority over time.

Website Redesign

IA 2.0 — a complete web transformation

Full website redesign and development in Webflow, migrating from the legacy platform. The new site included modernized product pages, improved UX, blog migration, and SEO-first architecture — all coordinated with IA’s internal team.

Product Messaging

Precision positioning for enterprise buyers

Worked with IA’s product team to refine messaging around anomaly detection, freight audit, and business intelligence — ensuring terminology aligned with how enterprise shippers actually search. Delivered sales decks, case studies, and product one-pagers.

Messaging First. Everything Else Follows.
At TRA, we start where every great marketing program should start: with the audience. We didn’t build an SEO engine around keywords. We built an audience-centric messaging strategy around how enterprise shippers actually think about freight audit, cost optimization, and logistics intelligence. Then we distributed that messaging across every channel where Fortune 50 procurement teams search — content, SEO, paid search, social, and AI search engines.
“By the time sales reaches out, prospects already know and trust the brand. That’s air cover. We show up everywhere they search, with consistent, value-driven messaging. SEO is the outcome of great messaging, not the strategy itself.”
From Technical Features to Strategic Value
Before writing a single line of copy, TRA mapped out how Intelligent Audit's capabilities aligned with what their audience actually cared about. A VP of Logistics doesn't lose sleep over “machine learning algorithms.” They lose sleep over revenue leakage, carrier compliance risk, and operational visibility. TRA translated IA's technical capabilities into the buyer's language — and positioned IA as the partner who understood that language fluently.

Revenue Leakage Prevention

From overbilling to optimization

Buyers care about dollars recovered. TRA positioned IA's freight audit platform not as a technology product, but as a revenue recovery engine — and the messaging changed everything.

Logistics Intelligence

From transaction data to strategic insight

TRA reframed IA's core capability as “logistics intelligence” — the ability to turn shipping data into competitive advantage. This resonated far more than describing technical features.

Carrier Compliance & Control

From audit function to risk management

Positioning IA as a compliance partner (not just an auditor) opened doors with procurement, finance, and supply chain teams — multiplying the stakeholder base.

Digital-First Positioning

From legacy to leader

IA had been invisible online because legacy messaging made them sound like a 1990s audit firm. TRA repositioned IA as the digital-native leader in freight intelligence for the modern supply chain.

How TRA Built Air Cover Across Every Search Channel
The messaging framework wasn’t just a positioning document. It became the north star for content creation, paid search copy, social storytelling, and SEO strategy. Every piece of content TRA produced answered the same fundamental question: “How does this help my audience think about logistics intelligence differently?”
489 Keywords on Page One — and What Happened When They Left
Great messaging produces great SEO results. Intelligent Audit ranks for 489 non-brand keywords in the top 10 positions on Google, driving 1,400+ monthly organic visitors with an estimated traffic value of $8,300+ per month. These rankings are the outcome of authentic, value-driven content built on audience-first messaging. The keyword portfolio spans freight audit, parcel audit, carrier news, and business intelligence.

The SEO metrics tell part of the story. The revenue metrics tell the rest. In a single year, TRA’s messaging-first content engine generated 539 inbound leads for Intelligent Audit — and 16 of those leads converted into enterprise customers, each averaging $200K in gross revenue. That’s $3.2 million in attributed revenue from digital marketing alone. Not brand awareness. Not impressions. Pipeline that closed.
